Either way, LING LONG by Chef Jason Liu distinguishes itself as a rising star in Asia’s culinary scene for developing a refreshingly unique modern Chinese cuisine, and thus receiving a set of dazzling recognitions – including one Michelin star for both Ling Long Shanghai and Beijing, and a new entry to the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Award 2024 with placing at the 36th spot.
Its new project in Beijing in pursuit of portraying a new phenomenon of modern Chinese cuisine which is different from what LING LONG Shanghai and Beijing do, is expected to come out in the middle of this year.
